Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
They tore out the kitchen on December 4th and didn't finish the remodel until April. I was without the use of my kitchen for about 4 months. They would send someone out to work for a few days at a time. And then I would go several weeks without any work being done. Some of the guys that they sent were learning and did things the wrong way due to inexperience. One guy even brought his wife and a friend of his to work with him. It this company a long time to finish this project. It was a nightmare and I would never recommend them to anyone.

Cabinet Making
WORK BEGAN ON 6/19/06 (STANDARD KITCHEN INSTALL, 11 CABINETS, ROLLING CART AND SOLID-SURFACE COUNTER WITH SINK, BUILT-IN OVEN, MICROWAVE, AND COOKTOP. LAST DATE FOR WORK: 8/11. COMPANY IS "SUPPOSED" TO BE BACK THIS FRIDAY, 9/1.

"There were several design errors in this kitchen which was built for an individual who is in a wheelchair. The member's designer insisted on several things be done, that once installed, did not suit the customer's needs. Arizona's Kitchen Company, a small family owner company, made the changes at no charge to the customer and have only two doors left to install into the home. The scheduled service date is September 14, 2006. Now, according to the signed contract, it states that the customer may hold back $100 per opening. The member owes $1329.60, of which $1129.60 is past due, yet we are still continuing to finish the job. Our jobs always complete and on time if changes are not made midstream. As the changes occurred, we made orders to our vendors and sent out the installer as the product arrived. Finally, we do have a signed service for by the member stating that only two doors were left to complete the job. Michael Knies, Owner"
