Terrible techs lacking skills. They caused so much damage to my blower motor that i had to hire another company and spend another $1K on top of the original repair cost.

After calling several companies on a friday afternoon and none of the coming through, Arcadia Air was out last hope and call. With our A/C out for two days already in 118 degree weather, with no bs, no excuses Jimmy the owner came to our home, addressed the issue recommended a new unit, WAY lower than what all the other companies had offered, we were skeptical but went with it. Jimmy means Business, he sent Michael and Brian on that Monday morning to deliver, install and set up our A/C. His team is awesome, again no excuses, no BS just delivery. These guys worked with us to ensure all worked well, communicated the entire time they were in our home. THANK YOU Jimmy, you have a solid and loyal customer for life. Your superior service, attention to detail and love for the service you provide makes things super simple when you see the struggle and stress. Highly recommend Arcadia Air!!

Hi there I just want to say this is the best company ever!!!! Last year the owner Jimmy came out in the middle of the night to fix our air. And our unit is 20+ years old so he fixed it but was honest in saying we would probably need a new one soon. Well come may of 2023 it died completely. I couldn't for the life of me remember what the company was called I just knew his name so I am calling everywhere looking for a Jimmy I had no luck. So I asked my mom of she had a receipt or anything she said to look in her emails well sure enough I found arcadia air! I was so happy I didn't want another company coming out and charging me 80,000 dollars lol so I called up and Josh came out he was so sweet and told me we needed a whole new unit. I was so freaked out becuase its so expensive to get a new unit but in Arizona you will not survive without air. So he called Jimmy and they came up with an amazing price for us. Josh said they couldn't fix it till Thursday it was Tuesday when he came over so for 2 days I died with no air he said ok they will be there Thursday it takes about 5 hours im like awh man!! Jason Hoxie came at 745 am and they were done by 1015am they were so fast and efficient. It was also Michael Koontz. They did a great job and so nice as always. I have to do a review to let everyone know to only use this company for your air conditioning needs. WE HAVE AIR NOW!!!! thank you so much to all of you hard working guys you are the best!

Jimmy Browne and his HVAC technicians provided quality equipment for a competitive price. The entire team was comprised of knowledgeable professionals who were skilled, courteous, and friendly even as they endured excessive heat. Jimmy also proved to have honor and integrity. A couple days after completing the installation, we contacted Jimmy to express concern of hot spots in the house. He came to our home the next day to evaluate the situation and to find a solution. After developing a plan, he scheduled a couple technicians to resolve the problem. At no additional expense to us, he honored his word. Our one disappointment was having to contact him twice after the technicians failed to come without even a call. The tasks were completed, making us satisfied customers. We will continue calling on Jimmy, with Arcadia Air for our HVAC needs. Thank you Jimmy.

I canâ  t say enough good things about this company. If youâ  re looking for a company thatâ  s is honest, fair and sticks with it till the job is done, Arcadia Air is the one! Although we had some unforeseen problems, every technician had a greater attitude, was very knowledgeable and professional. Jimmy, Manny and Dylan were amazing!! Thanks for the great service.
