They were wonderful. Since I had purchased the computer just 3 months prier to it crashing on me. the power supply went out on me along with several other things. They replaced the entire computer and gave me a new computer.

My friend needed to upgrade his Internet capacity and several other items. The staff was very good about explaining what he needed and why. He was then able to choose a Mac that fit his needs and the staff trained to use it.

I was able to leave the same day with a second generation ipod shuffle, which had twice the capacity, for less than a repair would have cost. I got plenty of use out of the old ipod and was able to get a new one at a substantial discount with the recycle option. Very happy with their service and with Apple in general.

I went into the store when they 1st opened. I did not have an appointment. They took my laptop behind the desk, took it apart, did something and gave it back to me working fine. No charge. They are awesome. I hugged the repair guy. Only Macs for me forever!

THE SALESMEN WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY CERTAINLY KNOW THEIR JARGON! AS SOMEONE WHO IS NEARLY COMPUTER ILLITERATE, I HAD A HARD TIME KEEPING UP. WE LOVE THE NEW COMPUTER AND ALL THE COOL THINGS IT CAN DO. WE WERE ABLE TO PURCHASE EVERYTHING WE WANTED IN 1 TRIP.
