The installation went very well. The bid was $200 under the other bid I got with the same materials - copper above ground, PEX below ground.

Phone contacts were very pleasant. We scheduled a time for someone to come out and take care of the shower/tub issues. I was unable to be home at the time but my adult son took care of everything. My son said the plumber arrived right at 2pm (the top end of the scheduled window) and that he was a very nice man. He had to leave for parts and return. When I got home from work, everything was finished. I am so pleased with this company and their professionalism on all levels. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends/family.
