Worst experience ever ! Driver was rude, unprofessional & made it clear he was NOT going to go out of his way to facilitate getting my furniture stored. At one point I felt like he was going to dump my furniture outside the storage unit because he was "on a schedule ". Even the storage manager told him that isn't the way to treat a customer. He didn't care. Had it not been for the help of Nadia at Surprise Storage I don't know what I would've done.
