I left this review on their Google, also wanted to drop it off over here. Good at A/C stuff but they are absolutely terrible at thermostats. This experience was rough boys. I Had paid for a thermostat to get installed but originally I wanted them to use their own equipment obviously for warranty reasons. The guy had 2 Sensi thermostats that didn't work so we were forced to use mine from Amazon. Now that mine is giving me issues I had the company (Sensi) send me an upgraded unit to me house at no charge but these guys want to charge me for another service visit to install it. Keep in mind the Sensi customer service support told me the C-wire voltage might not be where it needs to be so that's why I'm having all these issues to where my thermostat falls offline and continues to go through premium batteries like it's nothing. I've had to replace the batteries 3 times in 4 months. The old thermostat never had this issue. I maybe had to change batteries once every 3 years. Not a good experience with Anthony James heating and air. Check the screenshots I love their reply to my Google review which is completely false and fabricated. Hello Allen, for full disclosure your missing part of the story. I gave you a quote for us installing a smart thermostat and supplying the thermostat. You called someone else to install a thermostat you purchased. When the other guy couldn’t wire up and install your thermostat and left you without air you called us to get your AC back up and running. We went out rewired, Your thermostat and got your AC back up and running and cooling. (We only charged you 1/2 hour labor). Fast forward forward 4 months later, you email saying the thermostat manufacturer sent you a replacement thermostat and if we can go install it for free since the other thermostat “you” provided was draining batteries. I told you I could not send a technician to your house to work for free. We provide warranty on parts we supply, We do not provide warranty for parts you supply. 1. my name is Alan, not Allen. 2. The A/C was working when you got here, you didn’t “get it back up and running” you and I both know you came into the house and saw my thermostat at 65 degree, which indicates it’s cooling well. 3. I wanted you to install your parts, which you quoted me $404 for. You FAILED to install your parts and HAD to install mine. 4. The company (Sensi) told me your C-wire wasn’t properly installed. 5. You mention in your reviews you stand by your work but only if the customer pays another service fee, lmao. I’ll get 2 other independent contractors to verify this was done wrong

perfectly well. I had gotten the bad news from another company that my current very old AC unit was shot, and probably wouldn't last the summer. They tried to pressure me regarding expiring rebates, etc. I heard about Anthony James from a person I trusted, and called them for an estimate on a new unit and to diagnose the old one. They ran a full system check on the old one, and confirmed that the old unit was pretty well worn. They supplied me with quantitative test data, as well. Their price was very similar to the first company's, but there was no pressure, and the supposed rebate was not applicable to the new unit that the other company recommended. They showed up promptly for the diagnosis, and showed up to the minute of when they would come out to replace the unit. Cleaned up perfectly, were courteous, and very efficient. Highly recommend this company, run and operated by 4 brothers. Good use of txt messaging, as well!

Our A/C broke. We bought the new units and they were excellent.

Josh and Richie did a great job.  They were prompt, knowledgable and professional.  I would definitely recommend them.

After getting estimates from 5 or 6 other companies, Anthony and James came out to give us an estimate for whole house air cleaners that would work with the HVAC units we presently have.  They recommended Trane Clean Effects. We found them to be very knowledgeable in their evaluation.  Their price was extremely reasonable and they were able to schedule the work within a short time.  As we have pets and our daughter has allergies, we were anxious to have this installed. We were also concerned about how much dust gets in the house living in Arizona.  We are so pleased with the results.  The air in our home smells clean and I find I'm dusting less often, and there is less pet hair to deal with. We now have them scheduled to take care of our two HVAC units as well as our air cleaners twice a year. We recommend Anthony James Air Conditioning and Heating  to our friends and neighbors.  They are reliable, clean, punctual and honest and very reasonable in their prices.

I had Anthony James out to service my 2 air conditioners, They did a great job. in all my years getting my air conditioner serviced I have never had a company  clean and service my air conditioner the way they did. clean professional & great company to deal with.

Anthony James installed this unit on time at the agreed price without any issues. The unit works great now.

They provide a quick service and seem to know what they're doing. They're friendly and charge a fair rate.
