Description of Work: After my father died I called Angels in the attic because I had heard they were very good. The woman who answered the phone was rude and told me they were booked till after Christmas and she was too tired and busy to speak to me. No matter how tired or busy a person is there is no excuse for rudeness and unprofessionalism.
