Less than a week later, on July 18th, the tree cam down completely, despite little wind. I called Angel the next day, and he promised to come on the 20th at 7am. He never came, and I called him on July 18th, July 19th, and July 20th, to ask him to come by. However, I've not heard from him.
Unfortunately, because of Angel's poor job installing stakes to upright the tree, it died. My expenses are now higher, as I need to purchase another tree, and find another landscaper to remove this tree and plant a new one.
