punctual and well-trained. I made an appointment for an estimate and
was able to get one within 2 days of my initial call. I was lucky
enough to get an installation date of less than a week from the initial
appointment. The crew (there were two of them) had my family room and
kitchen windows done within two hours time and were very neat. They, as
well as the salesman, told me how to clean the new film after 30 days'
time (30 days is necessary for the adhesive to dry thoroughly). I
don't know why I didn't call Amerizona sooner. I am impressed with both
their product and their services.
The only issue I have is that removing the old film left quite a mess. They did clean up part of it, but not all of it. The Hunter-Douglas shade that was on one of the windows fell off during installation (I think the installer accidentally knocked it off the brackets). It chipped off a piece of cement from the window ledge and knocked a side cap off the top of the shade. He did put the shade back in the brackets, but the cap that had fallen off was not put back. I am not sure whether or not he noticed the chip or the side cap. I discovered it after they left.
The installers were pleasant and work efficiently. I just wish I had noticed the slight damage before they left.
