BAD FROM START TO FINISH. We had to hire another plumbing company (Tiger Plumbing) to come out to fix the job. He had to fix the broken valve that the Americor guy broke and said he fixed it and then tried to charge us for it, plus he had to fix the leaking water heater. Of course we had to pay for this. So now we have had to pay twice for a water heater install.

Came out on 6/29 to scope out the leak. Temporary patch on leak. Came back on 7/2 to replace cracked leaking tee.

They checked the system for me this past spring. The provide annual check ups. If there is ever a problem, we talk before anything is done. I am very satisfied with them.

WE HAD A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY QUOTED A VERY COMPETITIVE PRICE AND ANSWERED MANY QUESTIONS AND EVEN SUGGESTED DIFFERENT OPTIONS. THEY DID NOT JUST TRY TO GET US TO BUY THEIR NEW PRODUCT, WITHOUT OFFERING OTHER ALTERNATIVES. THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL AND DEPENDABLE. A FEW DAYS LATER WHEN WE THOUGHT THE UNIT WAS MAKING AN UNUSUAL NOISE, THEY CAME BACK OUT TO CHECK EVERYTHING AGAIN AND DID NOT CHARGE US ANY ADDITIONAL AMOUNT. WE HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY!
