THE TECHNICIAN WAS QUICK, FRIENDLY, AND VERY HELPFUL WITH OTHER INFORMATION ABOUT DRAINING THE HEATER AND SO ON TO KEEP IT WORKING WELL. HE TOOK HIS TIME WITH US TO MAKE SURE WE UNDERSTOOD WHAT HE WAS DOING AND HOW WE COULD KEEP THINGS FUNCTIONING WELL.
