She told me anything I wanted to hear to calm me down, but it was all lies. I have a marble top pub table that is very heavy. The mover had put blankets and packing tape around my furniture. He wouldn't take the blankets or tape off of any of my furniture and refused to give me any of my copies of the delivery paperwork. I called Louise and told her this. He had only marked the damaged leg of my pub table, because everything else was still in blankets, and he couldn't see the damages. I called her, she told me not to worry and to just take pictures. They claimed that my table was 40 pounds (it is much heavier), and offered me double the insurance dollar amount per pound, which is still not enough to cover the table. I emailed and called her several times to ask why my other damaged pieces are not listed on the claim. I have submitted pictures and a claim of all other damages, and all they are willing to cover is the table that the driver reported. Once the papers for the claim offer were sent out, no one at American Administrative Assistants, especially Louise, would answer a phone call or email from me. I have filed a complaint with the Arizona BBB.
