America's Best, Inc

It took about 4 trips to complete the work to my specifications. America's Best Inc. did a good job at resolving the issues that came up, but the subcontractors they used were not the best.

It was okay.  The guy said that it didn’t include the kind of windows that we have.  I don’t know what they called them.  They have like the sectioned pieces of them so he did them anyway and didn’t charge us extra but it took a little bit of discussion.  Apparently the deal did not include our types of windows.  That was probably six months ago.  The total cost of service was the price that we paid for the deal.

It wasn't what I wanted, but eventually, I got something from them. I think they are over their head, and they do other services, so I would not use them again. I was not charged anything additional. The service took about a month to satisfy, there were a lot of delays. I think they had contracted other people, and the people who came out were not employees of the company. I thought the pricing was good.

What more can be said!

It was an absolute nightmare. They came in and took all of the racks out of the oven and were then unable to put them back in. They just left them out all over the sink. They cleaned the rest of the house but I think they ran out of time. There was also a bit of a communication barrier.

The guy who came out did a good job. He really did try and it was good. I think that he was just starting up and he was kind of making a go on it but he really did not have the right equipment. He certainly worked hard and I am not going to give him a bad rating because he worked his ass off but it just was not 100% perfect. The approximate date of the service was probably within a week or two from the the time that we purchased the big deal and the total cost once the work was completed was really close to the big deal price. If he was just starting up then, I am sure that he has gotten better. He worked harder than I ever did and I hate to take that away. He was just getting into something and he needs to probably make a few more dollars and buy a decent squeegee but he is not going to try that on our windows again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out eventually okay. It was the first day on the job of the guy that they sent, and there were a lot of mistakes made. We did complain to the company and they sent him back out. I was hoping they would send somebody else, but he did make the corrections so it wound up being okay. It was just a little inconvenience to get it done, but we got there. There were no extra charges. Nothing really stood out because of the difficulty we had. I doubt that I would recommend them, but I don't really have anything negative because they did make it right.

The cleaning job was not deep clean. It was very poor. It looked as if they wiped everything down but did not do anything else. I was very unhappy with this. I would not recommend this company

Washed all interior/ exterior windows and screens.Excellent work.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. He was pretty good. He showed up when he said he would. It was just a guy that did it so I think he may have been a subcontractor to the place. He was really meticulous. I live in an historic property and I have unusual windows. They are arched. It's not a 2-story home but it is a huge home. He was very methodical and very meticulous about the way he did the work. He was very detail oriented. I do dog rescue and I had 8 dogs here. I could tell he didn't have dog issues and he handled things really well. I was really pleased with the work this guy did. I would have him back. Their stipulations were that they charge extra for screens and other things, but this guy didn't do that. He didn't charge me for anything extra. He was great. I didn't get any extra upcharges for anything. He was 15 minutes early.

After a slight miscommunication with the office/dispatch, the service man arrived on time as promised and very apologetic for the error. The miscommunication was that the office made a typographical error on my address and sent their service man to the wrong location.  However, they were able to reschedule and still meet my window of opportunity to get this job done. He performed his job
efficiently and with professionalism.  He did a great job, I am a satisfied customer.

The were okay. I thought they were a little bit expensive, but they showed up on time and they did a pretty good job. I think I would look around for a more competitive price.

The personnel was very professional and honest.  The only issue was with the headquarters.  They were to call me back after I initially spoke with their scheduling person and they did not.  I had to call again the next week.

I purcahsed a big deal from them but they do not service my area. They never bothered to refund my payment of $99 after I tried several times to schedule a service date from them, whereby they were supposed to re-screen 5 windows or 2 doors. They finally told me that they don't service my area of N. PHX....

I now see that their home office is in Indianapolis, IN. Why were their services offered in AZ?

It was so-so ultimately it worked out pretty well. The guy they sent out it was his first day on the job and everything didn't go right and we called the company and we wanted a different guy to come out; they sent the same guy back, he did make it right. I would probably not use them again.

I saw on email that this company was offering a " BIG DEAL"  of the day $99 for up to 20 windows which sounds like a great deal. when I bought the deal I got an email confirming this transaction. When I called them to see about rescheduling to a morning appointment they were very polite and courteous on phone and told me they would call me if they found a morning spot open. They called me a couple days later I was not home but they spoke with my daughter (adult) and I called them back and arranged for them to arrive on a Saturday. They gave me a time frame 12:00-3:00 which I agreed to but nobody showed. Upon contacting them through 2 emails and no response I called them Monday and they were apologetic but had no record of my Saturday appt. 
they rescheduled me for May 29 for a 1:00 -3:00 time frame and I agreed to it. The man who showed up about 2:00 was courteous but frustrated as he told me this company hired him recently from Craig's list and gave him no advanced notice about my appt.
My opinion is that this company had good intentions I do believe. .  but because of the huge response they got from this deal they weren't prepared to handle the business properly.  I am happy my windows are cleaned but would take a different route next time.

Nothing.  Cancelled the first appointment and just did not show up for the 2nd appointment.  I am requesting a refund.

They used an independent contractor that came out and wanted to charge additional fees. It seemed like they tried to itemize everything which almost doubled the cost of service. They were trying to nickel & dime me for the final cost.

They came, they arrived on time and they did a good job. I was pleased with them.

Their customer service was very marginal. Getting it scheduled was more challenging than it should have been. The work was good.
