Amenity Pool Services

We needed a repair on the pool and we were quoted about $900.00 and they would not charge $130.00 service charge for coming to our home. The repair was done fine. Now they are charging us $902.00 plus $130.00. Raul the repair person stood at our door and told us he would not charge us $130.00 service fee. Of course he now says he didn?t say it and he charged us less on the repair. This is not true since he quoted us $900 before he mentioned anything about the service charge. So if you are working with this company do not believe them. Get everything in writing. They also try to sell you everything. Told us we needed our pool drained when we had it drained a year and a half ago. They given us estimates for heating the pool. We never asked for any estimate. Do not use them.

Ever since COVID, the level of service has steadily declined, including charges for services not rendered; incomplete, inaccurate, and/or fraudulent service reports; rude telephone support; unauthorized charges on the bill; etc. After over 10 years, I finally cancelled. There are way too many providers of pool service to tolerate this level of incompetence. Save your money, and save your headaches by going with a different pool service provider.

I am very pleased with Amenity Pool. Our tech comes every week and does a great job keeping our pool clean and clear.
