"The customer wanted a job that should of cost 550.00 I gave him a great deal and he still was not happy we can not afford to work for free. Your customers have to understand that sevicemagic charges us 50.00 a lead plus when you open a wall with the problems this customer didn't tell us it runs into extra time. When you get your car fix it never the price they quote you until they actually uncover the engine. If you seen this job you would agree the customer is being unreasonable.
