+ -1 moreAs of January 6, the company did not schedule service for in warranty repair. Called several times to follow up and claim was they were waiting for information from Panasonic. We gave up and called another company. Apparently new to servicing Panasonic and they were concerned about mileage to our home.
Description of Work: Requested service for Panasonic large screen television, not operating correctly. Service call made 12/19.
