Very professional service that helped trap a feral cat that was using my yard as her own personal litter box.  When I called, I was given a same day appointment time range of about 2 hours; however I was not aware I had to be present for them to set the trap. They were not as flexible as I would have preferred when I got detained with a work matter for a short period, so I had to leave to meet them or delay the service.   It took about a week to finally trap the cat and they returned in a reasonable amount of time to pick her up when I called to confirm the cat was in the trap. As I understand it, they took the cat to a shelter.

THE COMPANY WAS HELPFUL. THEY UNDERSTOOD MY CONCERNS ABOUT GETTING A SKUNK OUT OF MY HOUSE. THEY WOULD CALL TO SEE HOW THINGS WERE GOING AS IT TOOK A FEW DAYS TO FINALLY TRAP HIM. THEY CAME IN A TIMELY MANNER TO REMOVE THE SKUNK AND REASSURED ME THAT THE SKUNK WOULD NOT BE HARMED BUT RETURNED TO THE WILD.
