It works better than it did when it was new! He took great care of our clock and was prompt and reliable. It was such a pleasure to have him take care of the problems caused by previous clock repair guys. I wish I had checked Angie's list years ago. |I will use and recommend this company whenever possible.

My Howard Miller wall clock had been in a box for about year. I wanted it checked for accuracy and I knew the pendulum was crooked. Frank kept the clock for about a week, I got it back, it is running quietly and perfectly. He did a great job for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend and use his service again.

Serviced my clock and replaced broken cables. Ended up being cheaper than he quoted me over the phone. Excellent service! Would use again.

It took 4 months because he is so good everyone wants him and you just have to wait for the service to be complete.

Everything about this service was easy and straightforward. Service appointment was within a reasonable time frame, technician arrived on time, and he was polite and professional. He took his time and carefully prepared our clock for a long distance move. He explained about getting a certified professional to set up the clock once we arrived at our destination and gave me a website to find a qualified company. Was very pleased with the service.

I called and needed to leave a message. This company got back to me quickly and we scheduled a date. They arrived on time, serviced the clock, explained some details of the clock and recommended a time frame that the clock should be serviced. They were great.

I called Frank at All About Clocks and he was able to come out within a few days. He arrived when he said he would. He was very pleasant and professional and took his time in checking out the clock and replacing all 3 pendulum strings and measured for the bottom glass replacement. The glass had to be ordered. He oiled all the parts also and made sure all was working properly once again. Frank returned within two weeks with the glass and all was completed.. I would use this company again.

We couldn't be happier with the service we received. We took a wall clock in for repair and he fixed it....then when he came to the house he fixed our grandfather clock which hadn't been working right for 16 years. He got it running and now we enjoy all our clocks. He was very polite, knew all about clocks and helpful.

Frank Beaudrot made all the difference for our 35 year old grandmother clock! We were professionally moved here from Michigan last June. It was a corporate move which went badly for our grandmother clock and our Asko washing machine. The two "professionals" that were here to execute removal from crates, placement, and set-up for those two items did not have any background or experience...they were not clock or appliance people (as were provided in another corporate move which went wonderfully in 2000). When the moving company (out of California) found a clock person locally, we were relieved. After two visits by this "clock specialist", however, we still had major issues, and now my husband was loosing patience. I thankfully found All About Time in my web search. I could tell by just speaking with Frank on the phone, that this would very likely be the solution...and it was. We hope this move is the last for a long time. We look forward to having Frank back again, when it's time for the clock's next maintenance check-up.

I am very impressed by All About Time. Mr. Beaudrot loves clocks and has immense knowledge of them. He examined them carefully and gave me a sense of where each is in the life cycle of the internal movement. He also was knowledgeable of each manufacturer (one is Seth Thomas, the other Howard Miller) and the up-to-date information on new movements going forward. He is also responsive in the "small things" that make a big difference for a customer. For example, I am rarely by a telephone; email is much easier for me. He therefore communicated with me via email. Overall, I found he provided outstanding service and I would recommend him highly. I intend to return to him for future clock needs.

I found this shop online. Frank is experienced with and fascinated by clocks. His shop is filled with clocks of all types and sizes, and photos of him working on a huge tower clock 30 years ago. Before repairing this clock, he also repaired an outdoor clock whose mechanism has simply stopped working, replacing the box for under $10. I decided then to trust him with a very old mantel clock I had inherited. He was friendly, fun to talk to, and did a great job.
