ALL ABOUT TIME CLOCK REPAIR

Frank arrived in a timely manner. He was very professional and informed us of what was taking place with our clock. (I must add that we purchased this clock as "new" from Ethan Allen in 2004, but learned from Frank that our clock had actually been manufactured in 1989 and was sold to us as “brand new”. Now, at least, I know how to look more closely at items such as this, prior to purchasing them.) All in all, Frank was wonderful & I would highly recommend him to anyone needing to service their clocks.

After moving large wall pendulum clock across country, we needed to have long delayed regular maintenance done and help making sure we had mounted appropriately to wall. Between his busy schedule and our travel schedule, it was scheduled several weeks out from our initial contact (this was not a problem). He did excellent work, confirmed the appointment 1 day ahead of when it was scheduled, was here on time, and made excellent suggestions on how to improved how the clock was mounted. Would definitely hire again and plan to use again when time for next service.

The rotors were expensive, possibly because the clock is no longer produced. But the labor was very reasonable, and Frank and his people are very good at what they do. They are very knowledgeable and very helpful. So far, so good. The clock should run for another 37 years, hopefully.

From the get go, Frank was responsive, professional, caring, and skilled.  My husband's 50-year-old grandfather clock hadn't worked for many, many years.  It had been in his home when he was growing up and was not something he was willing to part with, even though it had stopped working.   For his 60th birthday, I decided to have new life breathed into it.  Frank was patient with me as I extracted information about the clock over the phone.  When he came to get the clock to take it to his work place, he cared for it as if it were a newborn baby.  I felt completely safe in turning it over to him.  The turnaround time was relatively short--only about two weeks.  The clock is now chiming again and bringing such joy to my husband.  When Frank delivered the clock, he took time to demonstrate aspects about the clock and inform my husband about its care.  I was completely pleased and grateful, and I highly recommend Frank and his company, All About Time Clock Repair.

.We brought our clock to All About Time in October of 2015. Frank Beaudrot, owner, contacted me and said we'd be scheduled for repair work in about ten months time.  We were disappointed with the schedule and Frank said he would try to finish sooner.  He was able to effect repairs and we picked up the clock November 12. Our bill was slightly over $300.00 plus tax. We had trouble restarting the clock and Frank promptly came to our home on November 16 and established the proper beat.  Our beautiful pendulum clock is ticking away and we are scheduled for an oiling sometime in 2017.  We'd recommend Frank to anyone needing clock repair.

Best clock service and repair we have ever had. Frank is truly a master with clocks. The chime of our old clock had gone flat and sounded pretty bad. Frank reworked the rods in the chime block and now the chime is in tune and sounds wonderful. Clock is running better than ever before. If you really love your clock you definitely want Frank to repair or care for it!

Came out, put clock back together after a move, oiled, serviced and set-up.  Clock worked perfectly.  At our next move I called for them to take the clock apart and he walked me through taking it apart myself!!  Saved me another service call.  Great service.

Frank arrived on time and was very professional.  It was obvious to me that he loves what he does and he did a great job.  He cleaned, oiled and tuned our grandfather clock.  I was very happy with his service and will use him again.

Frank arrived on time, and was very professional.  He is also a great teacher, and I learned quite a lot about maintaining a clock such as this.  We will schedule an additional visit two years from now.  It is on our calendar!!

He does charge more, but he is well worth it. I would call then back again. It went excellent. He was courteous, nice and clean. He said he would be there at a certain time and he showed up when he said he would. I would rate him as a top service provider.
