He does an excellent job. He is very prompt. He reaches the place as quickly as he can. I don?t have to wait for days to get a job done. Once I had to have a compressor replaced at my rental and he came immediately to check it out. He came back early the next morning and replaced it. It was a faulty compressor and it went out the next day. He came back and replaced it again. He did not charge me extra for the extra time he had to spend to do that. He is very helpful. He seems to be able to tell when something is going to go bad and takes care of it before it goes out. This is good work ethic.
