ADVANCE FENCE CO

Initial contact was prompt and Leonard provided an estimate. Before contract signing Melissa came by for a final discussion and several changes were made. Throughout the two week process communications were VERY spotty. There were several delays (inspector and gate mfg) that were not Advance Fence's fault, these were areas where Melissa and staff did not properly communicate. The locks on the gates were installed with the screws on the outside which we ended up fixing ourselves. Workers on the job site lacked respect for our property and left trash from meals and other items not related to construction. There was some tension regarding the final payment due to lack of payment breakdown on the contract and communications between Melissa and John (her husband and foreman). At time of final payment I had a discussion with Melissa about the problems and she was receptive and appreciative of my input. The quality of the work was excellent and has a 10 year warranty. We would use them again.

Took slightly longer than originally estimated, but job appears to have been done in a high quality fashion. I would definitely use them again.

THE MANAGER AND EMPLOYEES WERE VERY CONCERNED ABOUT US AS CUSTOMERS. THEY ACCIDENTALLY DESTROYED ONE OF OUR TREES AND THE MANAGER DIDN'T QUESTION WHAT HAPPENED HE AGREED IMMEDIATELY TO PAY FOR IT, AND HE DID.
