Excellent!! My first time using this company. I was attracted to them by the fact that their techs are not paid a commission to sell parts. (Had a very bad experience with another company who wanted to sell me an expensive and unneeded repair). Their office called me in advance of the tech's arrival and he arrived on time as promised. Tech's name was Chip and he was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain things and offer suggestions on how to reduce our cooling costs. It was refreshing to deal with someone who was honest and not pushy about entering into a long-term maintenance contract. I will definitely call this company for the spring checkup and would recommend them to others.

Chip from Adam's Refrigeration was at my home today for an annual tune-up/inspection. I received a call within the scheduled time and he arrived shortly thereafter. Chip was very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. He did his thing, explained his findings, and gave a couple recommendation and suggestions. He didn't try to sell me anything and we decided I was good for the time being. The pricing was very reasonable, the service was excellent! THIS is what great customer service looks like. Wayne arrived within the 3-hour window and performed the agreed-upon inspections. He was very friendly and professional. He gave our system a clean bill of health and gave charged us the discounted Angie's List price. We are pleased with the service we received.

Excellent. The whole process, from talking to the office about an appointment to the tech coming out was absolutely painless. These folks know what they're doing! In a time where "customer service" is a dying art, Adams pays attention. It's a pleasure to do business with them.

Well. They replaced a capacitor under warranty. Minimal cost.

Good except hard to review work since they are up on the ceiling.

AC started blowing warm air last (Sunday) night. I called, they came out mid morning today and resolved the issue. I also had them clean and do a much needed maintenance and had them take care of a suspected issue that was created by the original installer. Bottom line, the tech that came out was super nice, did a great job, very professional and they were very reasonably priced. Will definitely be using Adams in the future on an as needed basis. Thank you..

They've done my AC.  They've always been on time and they do good work.  We'll continue to keep using them. 

From what I have been told, my property manager said they did an excellent job. They were very responsive.

Service man was professional and prompt. We did not need any work done at this time. Adams installed our air conditioning/heating unit about 7 years ago.

Excellent service! Arrived promptly in response to a Sunday call for repair service on a unit that was inoperable on a day that topped out at 109 degrees. Great service on two units that are past their expected service life. Fixed the unit, inspected the other, Didn't try to sell me on a new unit; gave me tips on how to care for aged equipment. I decided to go with this company for preventative maintenance in the future. I recommend this company.
