 + -1 moreTHEIR BID WAS IN-LINE WITH ALL THE OTHER COMPANIES. AFTER THE TECHNICIAN GAVE ME HIS QUOTE (I HAD SEVERAL OTHER COMPANIES COME THAT DAY TO GIVE BIDS) HE ASKED IF IT WOULD BE OKAY IF HE COULD COVER THE LEAKY ROOF WITH PLASTIC, BECAUSE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO RAIN LATER THAT DAY AND HE DIDN'T WANT US TO HAVE ANYMORE DAMAGE. I WAS SOLD!
Description of Work: PUT PLASTIC ON THE ROOF UNTIL IT COULD BE FIXED. FIXED LEAKY ROOF. PULLED UP RIDGE PIECES. REPLACED UNDERLAYMENT AND FASTENED. REPLACED MUDBALL WITH COLOR TO MATCH.
