Moving
Although Ralph is a delightful and professional individual, the people he has working for him are NOT professional movers. I hired them to pack and move our 4,100 sq. ft. home. The quality of packing was horrible, actually almost comical because it was so BAD! Furniture was scratched, nicked, split, etc. Items were broken. It was the most frustrating, unprofessional moving experience I've ever experienced. And lastly, his employees spoke no English which added to the frustration. Communication is important when you're entrusting your entire family's possessions with a moving crew. Like I said, Ralph seems to be a great guy but unfortunately, I would not trust his employees with anything precious, valuable, or breakable.
