Terrible Experience with Action Electric LLC - Avoid at All Costs! Our company hired Action Electric LLC, paid a $1,700 deposit, and expected professional service. Unfortunately, this was far from what we received. They never showed up to do the job, and despite multiple attempts to recover our deposit, they flat out refused to return our money. Their customer service is appalling utterly unprofessional. They dont keep their word, dont show up on time, and ignore any attempt to resolve issues. If you value your time, money, and sanity, do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I would not recommend Action Electric LLC to anyone. Save yourself the headache and choose a company that respects its clients.

Great company! I received the standard "run-a-round" from other contractors but these guys are amazing. They showed up when they said. Provided a clear and concise estimate. They completed the job right then within 2 hours. We are very happy.

This company was amazing which is what we needed after getting stalls and the run-around from other companies. They arrived on time for the scheduled appointment for the estimate. They looked over the project, offered and estimate and when we accepted they went to work. They finished that afternoon! From the other companies that we talked to: We had been told that it would be 2-3 days to complete the project from other companies and it would be at least a week before they could start. This was after they didn't show up for two other appointments and were 2 hours late for the appointment they did show up for. We have other electrical projects needing to be done and we will go to Action Electric LLC first.

Joel was very thorough, very knowledgeable and explain the process very well. Upgraded my breaker box to a 200amp. Very happy with the work from Joel and will hire him for all my electrical needs down the road, this 50 year old house still needs some help. Great price, great work!

We upgraded the old panel box to a 220 service. Jole did an awesome job in bringing everything up to code. He even identified and issue with the a/c that was installed by the previous owners that didnâ t have a disconnect switch. I would definitely recommend these folks for any electrical issues.
