The rack and pinion system of my 2010 Toyota Camry died, and they fixed it and aligned it within 3 days of my initial request. They even gave me a ride to work (20 miles in downtown Phoenix), so I was very happy with the service. Will definitely use them in the future.

My 1993 jeep was not running well. It was missing badly and would die on me. I took the jeep to the jeep dealer and they hooked it up to an expensive diagnostic machine and then told me that it could be this, or that. They wanted to repair it by the process of elimination. Yeah, Right. My body shop people recommended Action Auto. I towed the Jeep to them. First they told me that it was out of gas (how embarrassing) and then they found a couple of vacuum leaks, which they promptly fixed. Total cost: Less than $75, and that included the gas!!! I found them to be honest and extremely competent. I would recommend them to anyone.

They are really good, honest people! With other mechanics, sometimes you wonder if they're being straight - not with these people! They communicate well and give you all the details of what needs to be done.

I was completely satisfied with their work. The brakes are working a lot better now than they were when I brought the car into the shop. I like the mechanics as they really know what they are doing and you can trust them to do a good job all the way until it is finished.
