I am so happy with my new AC install. I received bids from 4 HVAC companies, Accutemp provided the fairest price AND I was able to purchase the more efficient system I wanted. One particular competitor used high pressure sales tactics and the install price for equivalent system was twice as much (Goettl)! I can’t say enough about the Accutemp install crew, headed by Ramon, they did superb work. They installed 2 heat pumps on the roof and 2 blowers in one (very hot) day, while one guy short. They brought us a portable AC unit to use, so we were able to stay home with the pets for the day. All was finished and cleaned up by 5-ish pm, I was so impressed they were able to install 2 systems in one day. The new Bosch system is whisper quiet and is so far saving me 15-25% on my electric bill!

I called AccuTemp they said they could have some out to my house beteew 1:00 & 5:00pm at 12:30 I got a call that the Technician was on his way. When Patrick arrived I told him the problem. He said it sounded like a bad connection or circuit, after only a few minutes he came back and said it was a bad relay circuit. He went to get a new relay circuit, in a short time he was back with the part and told me my unit was still under factory warranty. I only had to pay $185 for the service call & labor. Thank you AccuTemp for having such a high quality technician (an Air Force Veteran).

It took a few times to get it right, but they kept coming back until they got it.

Our A/C compressor had stopped working sometime last night and we woke up to a 83 degree house. We called AccuTemp based on the reviews on Angie's List and they were able to work us in at an earlier time than originally promised. Seth was the tech that arrived and was very personable and took care of our issue within a very short time. All around great service.

I like these guys because their technicians are NOT salesmen. They are there to check the equipment and make sure it is running properly. He checked our filter an fuses and then was up on the roof doing whatever it is they do up there. He mentioned that the unit is old but that it is still running as it should and there was no reason to replace it until it stopped working. I appreciate the honesty and integrity that it takes to not just want to sell everyone a new unit.

They replaced both of our AC units yesterday.  Every step of the way, they have been professional and courteous.  I would highly recommend them.

Accutemp replaced one of our AC units 3 yrs ago. They suggested a 5 ton instead of the 3 ton we had, because their calculations showed that was what was needed, and they were right. They also added duct work and a new register to our main and hottest room. Works great now and we're so glad we did it. There was a slight issue where the new air handler was installed in the attic without enough of an angle to drain properly, which caused leaking through the kitchen ceiling drywall. They immediately fixed that and sent a professional crew to fix the drywall. They did a perfect job, and sealed themselves in plastic while doing the work so that there was no dust that escaped into the house. We have a contract with them now and they come check both units, change filters, etc and we are very happy with them.

I can't say enough good things about Accutemp. We first contacted them after our AC conked out in July 2013. We'd previously used another company (for nearly 5 years), but had grown disenchanted with their service (pricing, upselling, exaggeration, etc.). Though it stunk to meet Accutemp in a situation requiring a $9,000 purchase, we are so glad we found them. They walked us through numerous options for a new unit (at every price range), handled the rebate and APS paperwork, installed the unit on a very hot day with professionalism, and were just generally miles beyond our expectations. The service contract they provided gives us free service for a year, and every time we've done the seasonal switch (two times now) they were prompt, respectful, and thorough.

Very prompt and on-time, friendly installers.  Very neat installation, much neater than the previous unit's installation.  Works exactly as promised.  Salesman very professional.

I have used Accutemp several times. They are always honest, prompt, and never try to sell me on anything other than the service that was requested. I've had one warranty repair previously that was absolutely painless. They didn't even have my transferred warranty paperwork from the manufacture yet they had no problem coming out to do the repair and then waiting to submit their paperwork once the documents came from the factory. The scheduling department is the best as are the technicians (friendly and knowledgable.) I've heard many horror stories about household HVAC companies, Accutemp is not one of them. They are the best and I will use them again, and recommend without hesitation.

the installers were really good and professional. they arrived on time and worked the whole day. I'm very happy with the quality of their work and their detail explanation of all questions. The only issue with accutemp is it seems they are not completely responsive and organized. The first person came to give the quote did not reply some of my calls and questions. Also I'm waiting for filters to be delivered for two weeks, they probably have forgot that. Overall good experience with them so far.

The appointment went very well. The technician showed up on time and was quick and clean moving through the house to inspect the thermostat and Filter. He the moved to the roof and handled everything quickly and quietly. We have an old AC unit so expected to hear that it was time for a new one but the tech explained that everything looked like it was in great condition and there was no need to replace anything at the time.
Overall I would highly recommend Accutemp to anyone. They were professional on the phone setting up the appointment and then at the house with the technician. At no point did I feel rushed or that I was annoying anyone with my questions.

Woke up this morning to no heat. After asking around and reading reviews online I called Accutemp. Joe, the technician, came within less than 2 hours. Communication with office was great. When Joe got here he did a full diagnosis of my furnace and discovered that over night the 120V plug got loose from the socket, causing a power failure. He gave me some great recommendations on how to avoid in the future and did not try to upsell me on anything - have to say since buying this house he is the first repair person that has come and not tried to sell me something I did not want/need. I am in the market for a new HVAC anyway and after today's visit have scheduled an appointment with their HVAC salesperson. I could not be happier with the service! Highly recommend.

Kevin climbed up on the roof and did a full diagnostic test. He came back down and let me know he didn't have the part with him, but would be back shortly. He installed the new switch and came back in the house with "I have good news." The switch was still under warranty. I told him this was the second time we had had someone out. We talked about the previous person and said they probably didn't know what to look for. Kevin told me to call them back if it stops working, and gave me some advice about other thermostat units. He's very trustworthy, prompt and friendly. I would call Accutemp again in a heart beat.

Our a/c suddenly started making a noise loud enough to be heard by all our surrounding neighbors, so loud that we had to turn it off that night.  I called Accu Temp the next morning when they opened (based on good reviews on Yelp.com - it was later this same morning that I also joined AngiesList).  The woman who answered the phone was helpful and nice, and she send a technician out within the hour.  He diagnosed our a/c with a bad air compressor, and recommended a new unit.  Of course, I was somewhat suspicious (it seems like recommending new units on a/c repair calls would be an easy scam; how many people really know anything about their a/c?) - so I did a little research online and everything he was telling me synched up with what I was able to find.  That made me feel more confident with his recommendation along with the good reviews on Yelp and here on AngiesList (albeit only 4 at that time).  I could have called for some other quotes, but honestly, it was hot in my house and I just didn't want to bother with the hours that would take plus trip charges to probably tell me the same thing.  So we agreed to the new unit.  The technician recommended the same type that we were replacing, but with a much better warranty (10 years versus 5 years) and better quality than the "builder grade" we currently had.  He called one of the sales guys to see if they had it in stock.  I expected at this point to be up-sold, but to my surprise, wasn't at all.  By noon they were bringing the new unit into the backyard, and by 5pm it was installed and running well.  They were professional and straight-forward throughout the entire process.  I'll never know if the experience should have gone in a different direction, but nonetheless I feel like they were honest with me and I was impressed that they never tried to get me to pay more money for a fancier unit.
