First of all he was prompt with returning phone calls and his response time was immediate. Although they had several jobs that day, they made time and remained late until the job was completed. In order to save me money, they attempted several methods to repair the unit such as; replacing the fuse component and they did not charge me for the labor or component. They were meticulous and professional. They are a father and son team and you can tell the father has transmitted the best of how to run a business with honesty and customer service. They are excellent!!
