It went great, Rick adjusted the legs on the Refrigerator and now the Frig door closes nicely, Rick also cleaned up all the dust and dirt that had gathered under the Refrigerator over the years, Great Job.

Another company came out, took one look at my commercial sized fridge and left. Rick spent 4 hours (on a Saturday) testing the various fix options and then put it all back together. Took time but I was happy I didn't have to wait until Monday for a fix and that the fix was easy enough once he figured it out.

RICK COLI, THE OWNER OF THIS COMPANY, CAME TO OUR HOUSE WITHIN 1 HOUR AFTER THE 1ST INITIATIVE TELEPHONE CALL. IT'S HOT AND HAVING 3 1/2 YEAR OLD TWINS WITHOUT COLD MILK AND CHEESE IS A NO NO!! HE TOOK ONE LOOK AT IT AND SAID, "LADY, YOU'VE GOT A LOT OF PROBLEMS HERE. YOU COULD PAY ME A BUNCH OF MONEY SO I CAN GET THIS UP AND WORKING, EVEN THOUGH YOU'VE PUT IN OVER $180.00 DOLLARS WITH ANOTHER COMPANY ALREADY, BUT I SUGGEST YOU JUST GO GET YOURSELVES A NEW ONE." THE SERVICE CALL CHARGE WAS $45.00. HE GAVE ME HIS CARD AND SAID, "DON'T WORRY! NO CHARGE." I WAS FLABBERGASTED AND VERY GRATEFUL FOR HIS HONESTY!! THANK YOU MR. COLI!!! AND GOOD LUCK WITH YOU AND YOUR BUSINESS! I WISH THERE WERE MORE OF YOU OUT THERE!!! HEARTFELT APPRECIATION FOR YOUR PROFESSIONALISM AND HONESTY! THANK YOU!
