The owner is extremely professional. He takes the time to ensure great service. The lead tech is extremely knowledgeable and keeps you informed throughout any work that is required. We have used this company over the past 18 years for all services. This is the 2nd unit that we have purchased from them. They explained the differences in the units we had to choose from along with any warranties that would be offered. In any emergency

THE COMPANY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, RESPONDED IN A VERY TIMELY FASHION, AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE EQUIPMENT. THE PRICING WAS FAIR, AND THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF FOLLOWING UP WITH SERVICE CALLS TO MAKE SURE THE SYSTEM WAS PROGRAMMED AND WORKING PROPERLY.

THEY CAME AND INSPECTED UNIT FOUND DRAIN PIPE CLOGGED AND ABOUT 1 POUND FREON LOW. THEY ADDED FREON. THEY CLEANED AND SERVICE THE UNIT. THEY UNCLOGGED DRAIN, AND MADE SURE IT WAS COOLING PREPARER.
