The only good thing I can say about them is that they refunded me my money when I requested it.  They came out and didn't even check a simple thing like my Freon, which ended up being the problem that was found by my next HVAC guy.  They wouldn't check the unit properly or the vents, and there were two guys on the job and still didn't get my unit working.  I wouldn't recommend them to others.

The heat pump, one of the coils that carries oil to keep everything cool broke. He took a look at it and said where the bend in the coil is that he could try to fix it but it might not work. He was trying to do it cheaply for us. He said even if it did work that it would likely happen again. He quoted us for a new system. After he gave us his quote I called around to check for the same unit and everyone elses quote was $1,000 more and none were willing to come down to his price. He came on a Wednesday to check on it and then came the following Saturday to do the work. He actually installed it while we were out of town. I left my garage door opener, I usually don’t do that and everything was fine. He was trustworthy and always on time. He was great and he gave us a really great price for it.
