... Olga became a first-time grandmother and began to split her time between Phoenix, Mexico City (they're legal), and her daughter and granddaughter in LA. When Olga was not on the team, work declined. Dusting was incomplete. Work was not as thorough. Items on shelves were not replaced correctly A couple of things got broken and hidden from me. Small events, but cumulative. Whenever Olga WAS there, however, things were perfect. So we began to arrange our cleaning schedule around Olga's time in Phoenix ... and then a few months ago (May 2018) we learned that Olga had permanently left. So, sadly, we parted company. Based on the fact that most recent review here -- other than this -- was posted in 2015, I have the impression that Abraham Torres and his crew have just let the business slide ... They used to be wonderful. Had an Angie's List Page of Happiness. But I suspect they may in fact not be in business any more. I *would* hire them again ... but only if Olga were back on the team.

Abraham has been cleaning my house for close to 3 years now. They do a fabulous job. Abraham brings 3 or 4 people with him so they are FAST. For my 2200 sq. ft. house they can clean it in 45 minutes with a crew of 5 people and in an hour with a crew of 4 people. They have a system. I also like that there are no strong chemical odors when they are done. I can't tolerate the exterminator's poisons or whatever the most recent window washers used. I never have a problem with Abraham's cleaning products. I'm always so grateful to come home to a clean home.

We have been using Abe's Professional Home Cleaning weekly for over a year. They are by far, the best cleaning service that we have ever had. They are fast, thorough and reasonable. As opposed to other services, they actually look for other areas that may need to be cleaned and take care of them. In addition to all the above, Abe and Olga are two of the nicest people that you will ever meet. I cannot recommend them enough!

There were several members in the team that came in. They were extra friendly and very fast. They cleaned, dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and even fluffed cushions and wiped down the Adirondacks outside. I only give a B for quality since they didn't knock my socks off with the bathroom, but it was good considering how much ground they covered so fast. My house was definitely company-ready.

I found them through Angie's List. Though they were later than expected, they accomodated my schedule. I had told them that I needed a deep cleaning so the house could be rented again. They cleaned places like the bathrooms and kitchen and a glass door, but did not do most windows. The cleaning was not as deep as needed and I had to follow up with more cleaning, for example in a shower, on kitchen baseboards, and all windows.

They called to say they were detained a bit, arrived cheerfully and ready to go to work. Very polite, yet professional. They worked steadily and did a very good job.

The initial clean was great as they came in and cleaned everything from top to bottom, however, after that, each week got worse. They started missing basic items like an entire end table or coffee table, then started missing more and more. I said something about an end table at one point and the week after that, they applied so much greasy cleaner to the table, I could not only see myself in it, but I could write my name in the residue. Almost as if someone was trying to make very clear this table hadn't been missed this time. At the end of the day, my wife and I decided that it wasn't worth paying someone $100 a week for a cleaning job that wasn't as good as if we had cleaned it ourselves. Abe and his wife were very, very nice, and always wanted to do right by us, but it just never happened. I think one of the main issues with them is that their crew wasn't stable. If it were the same 4 person crew, it would be easier to hold them accountable, but the people were always new.

See above. Have 3500 sq' home. It took 4 of them 2 hours todo the job. Couldn't ask for a better crew!

The house was spectacular. Abe and Olga knew we were getting ready to move and not only cleaned the entire house, but also cleaned and washed out the garage and driveway. They went way beyond what any cleaner I have ever used has done. The cleaned closets, baseboards, window sills. The house was immaculate.

When searching for a house cleaner, we used Angie's list. We had a couple of quotes and found ABE's Professional Home Cleaning to be more reasonably priced and able to fit our schedule than any others we tried.

During the house cleaning, they worked hard and quickly but were very thorough, this was appreciated as they charge by the hour. This cleaning job was better than any other company we've had. We've since scheduled them for monthly visits and enjoy a more tidy home.

I contacted Abe and Olga and crew to clean a rental home for me in order to get it ready to lease. They promptly returned my call and arrived at the home at the agreed upon time. In less than three hours the house looked awesome!

Abe and Olga do a fantastic job! They are very responsive, they work their schedule around mine, and overall I'm pleased with their rates and with their service. They are a team of 4 who immediately split up when they walk in the house and start cleaning. I have a lot of windows and sliding doors, and they make them sparkle (both inside and outside). I had some stains in my carpet that other professional carpet cleaners could not get out; Abe worked on the stains and the carpet has never looked better! I have a 3-BR, 2-BA home (approximately 1900 sq ft). I recently moved to Phoenix and didn't have a referral for cleaners, so I chose Abe's from Angie's List and have not been disappointed. I now have Abe's cleaning come regularly to keep my house clean!

t was a move-in clean. Abe and Olga along with two others arrived on-time. They cleaned all the french doors (7) and commercial windows in our home as well as all the ceiling fans. They spent 4 hours and the house was noticeable cleaner. They also moped the outdoor patio and very responsive to the additional requests that I had made. They have come every two weeks since and are accommodating to my schedule changes. They have done a fabulous job and saved me from calling window cleaners!

Not recommended. 4 of them spent more than 5 hours on the vacant house, and they missed lots of spots. We have to clean by our own after them. The refrigerator, oven, windows, and carpet were still dirty.

I got them from Angie's List. I used them once. I liked their thoroughness, their attention to detail, and how expeditiously the worked. They worked steady without taking a break. They were a team of 4 and they worked steady at least a couple of hours. They did a good job. I would use them again in the future.

Abe and Olga came out to meet us and asked what our expectations were. We set the date and price. Four people (including the owners) came and cleaned. They picked up all area rugs, cleaned the baseboards, dusted everything, cleaned the bathrooms, laundry room, ceiling fans, wiped down all doors and cabinets, cleaned windowsills and shutters...did the floors, when they left everything was so clean!

Olga, Abe and their team were able to fit me in on short notice. They arrived on time. As soon as they walked through the door they got to work and addressed every detail throughout the house, which is no small order. I have used numerous vendors over the years, however none of them came close to providing the service and value that Abe's cleaning provides. I plan on using their services exclusively going forward.

Due to illness, I am not able to do heavy cleaning. I have very tall ceilings that had spider weds and a utility area overrun with spider webs. They cleaned all those areas plus cleaned out my two garages. I felt their fee was very reasonable and would use them again.

These excellent people are absolutely the best in the business! They have cleaned my house regularly for over a year now, and I can not speak highly enough of them. Their work is immaculate, they are scrupulously honest (I have no problem leaving them alone in my house while I run errands), their prices are very reasonable, and they are always eager to please. If you need cleaning services for your home or small office, these are the ONLY people you should call!!

I called Abe's for an estimate on a total housecleaning with specific projects in mind. I was a few weeks away from the birth of my second child and I wanted some of those spring cleaning type tasks to get done before my baby's arrival. I called and spoke with Olga and received an estimate over the phone and was informed on the hourly rate, the number of workers who would be here and the types of products they used. I made an appointment with their service shortly after. As a mother of a toddler who naps in the middle of the day I needed an appointment time that would accommodate that. Olga arranged for a day with a start time of 8am. The night before my appointment I went into labor. I called Olga to cancel the appointment that evening and she was very understanding. After returning home from the hospital a few days later I called to reschedule the cleaning. They were again able to get me an 8am time slot within the week. I typed up a room by room checklist of specific things to do and not to do. We went over it when they arrived. I liked that I could completely customize how they spent their time since I was paying them hourly. They spent 3.75 hours in my house which is a modest 3 bedroom/2 bath, 1350 sq. ft. house. They did everything on my list but did it better than I expected! The clean windows made my house look so much brighter. Everything smelled fresh. The furniture I moved to make things easier for them was all put back in its proper place. They even got under the couch! Abe and Olga are committed to the details and I appreciate their efforts. They got stuff clean that I didn't think could get clean (toaster oven, stovetop drip pans, bathroom sink). Though it took a little longer than I expected (only 45 minutes more) I realized the extra time was worth it when I returned home to see the job they had done. I will definitely consider having them back again. Thank you Abe and Olga!
