TERRIBLE SERVICE. PROMISED TO BE THERE AT 2:30. DID NOT SHOW BY 5:00 PM. DID NOT CALL TO INFORM THAT THEY WERE RUNNING LATE. WE HAD TO CALL FOR INFORMATION WHICH WAS INCORRECT. HAD TO RESCHEDULE FOR THE FOLLOWING DAY.

AAA CAME TO HELP ME OUT IN ABOUT 10 MINUTES. HE WAS PLEASANT AND QUICK. HE ALSO GAVE ME DIRECTIONS TO THE CLOSET AUTO PARTS STORE.
