I would say it was good. I would use them again for flooring. They should not have recommended the contractor they did.

I can't fully express how happy we are with this company. In the nearly 20 years of owning our home, we have never had such a positive experience with a company. I asked for someone to come to my home in order to measure and submit a competitive quote. A sales person was sent. A few days later I received a follow up call. I expressed that I had additional questions. At that point, Ken, the owner came out to my home to address my questions. I was very impressed with his knowledge and expertise. He is truly and artist when it comes to designing and installing hardwood floors. He takes great pride in his company and the work of the entire team at AAA Hardwood. The quote was very competitive in price. We scheduled the work to be done during part of the summer when we would be on vacation. Before the work was to begin, I asked if they could do a decorative herringbone pattern in my dining area. Ken got back to me with a very reasonable up charge, which I expected. The additional cost was less than what it would cost to purchase a nice area rug for the room and the custom look, outstanding! The work was finished in a timely manner. During the course of the installation, Ken texted me progress photos. All of our furniture was moved and put back in place with nylon cushion pads on the furniture legs to protect the new floors. They even replaced the casters on a desk chair with felt casters to safely roll over the floor without leaving a scratch. Finally they expressed appreciation for our business with a thoughtful gift. I would recommend AAA Hardwood and Ken Tran in a heartbeat! Craftmanship like they provide is so very rare these days!

Professional crew. Showed up on time. Removed all the old carpet and moved the furniture. No ala carte pricing! One price for everything. They installed felt pads in my furniture. They did a beautiful job and the floors are gorgeous. My only recommendation would be to make sure to tell the customer to buy the felt pads. That wasn't clear. I loved the work so much that I called them and has them come back two weeks later to do the stairs.

I wish I could pick something higher than an A like A++++++.  I had 4 companies come out and give me quotes on doing my floors.  I liked Ken right away, because we had a Connecticut connection.  Regardless of that I loved the samples he bought and that he brought.  He knew exactly what I wanted.  He was the lowest quote I received, but a few hundred and then I got a call that they were running a Memorial Day special and they would take off an additional $400.  So it was a no brainer with that savings we decided to do the baseboards.  We went back and forth trying to decide if we should do the floors it has a big price tag.  I hated the tile that was there and I love hardwoods being from back east.  Went ahead and did it and it's the best decision that I have made.  They look amazing.  Can you be in love with your floors???  I think I am.  Jessica was a pleasure to work with in the office and the crew that came out was the best.  Ed and his team of 3 guys working both days doing a great job.  They finished the floors in one day over 750 square feet.  Amazing.  I came home from work looking for mistakes.  That's the type of person I am.  I expect perfection from professionals.  I always find something wrong.  I looked and looked and looked and couldn't find anything.  It looked amazing.  The lines are perfect.  It wasn't an easy job since I wanted it to run continous from all the rooms, but there was a stairway and wall.  They did it thought in one room the boards are in the same spot as in the other room behind the wall.  The transitions from the carpet and to the bathroom travertine is perfection.  I don't need to have any stupid transition pieces other companies were going to do.  To me that looks cheap and unprofessional.  I honestly can't say enough about these guys.  Second day they did the baseboards and cleaned up.  Oh did I mention they moved all the furniture and put it back to where it was.  Other companies said they would charge or I could hire movers.  AAA did it for me.  I had bought felt pads to put on the bottom of my furniture when I got home and left them on the counter.  They acutally put them on all my furniture for me.  I didn't expect that.  Way to go above and beyond.  Please look no further and hire these guys.  You will not regret it.  They are prefection.  Ed and his team are amazing and I really can't say enough about them.  Please send lots of work their way.

They are amazing.  Ken uses no pressure and is very nice.  I really like the fact that they didn't have to use a transition strip.  One of the products they carry is not as thick so you can use it with tile or carpet that is already installed.  I specifically needed a product that I would not have to have a transition strip.  It has been 11 months and looks brand new.  We have had no issues.  I would 100% recommend AAA Hardwood Floor Inc..

The process was easy and relatively odor free. They replaced termite damaged planks, sanded and refinished 2 rooms. They then used a UV light to cure the finish - which was the big selling feature for us. However after a couple months the finish still looked splotchy. We had Ken back out to take a look. He said he had no idea how that could happen but would look into it and get back to us. He assured us that he would make sure we were satisfied with his work...we haven't heard from him since (that was almost a year ago). The finish is still splotchy.

AAA did an awesome job.  They have very competitive pricing.  They work on Saturdays and arrived promptly per the scheduled appointment time.  The crew was very polite and communicated well with me to ensure they were meeting my expectations.  They found termites in one room after removing the old carpet.  They were willing to reschedule that room until later the next week so that I could have the room treated by my termite company.  The also installed new baseboard that I had purchased myself and painted prior to the installation date.  The baseboard installation was excellent.  AAA was recommended to me by a friend and I would recommend them to my friends as well.

We could not be happier with the result. The first thing they did right was send enough crew for the job! we all have had that experience of watching one or two guys struggle through a big job! Each man they sent was polite, on time and great about keeping the work site tidy.. The crew also seemed to work very well with each other. One of the things that impressed me was when what was supposed to be a simple repair turned out to be far more complicated. There were several boards that were to be replaced in another room and when they were lifted up there were a lot of termites. The three guys working came up with a plan. So the termites didn't spread out they sent me to Home Depot for termite spray and sprayer. They mixed the solution and then treated an area, took up the board and sprayed again. They really didn't have to go the extra mile but they did. We arranged for them to come back after treatment and their guy just finished about an hour ago. The floors look amazing and the whole experience was positive from the original estimate to completion. The office staff verified dates and arrival times and let me know when there was going to be a delay. If you want great floors and a pleasant overall experience AAA is the way to go.

After negotiating with the salesman, we came to a comparable price.  The owner was kind enough to accept our cash offer which saved us a nice amount of money.  The office scheduler had informed us that they would be able to get someone within two weeks which we were fine with.  I received a call the next day stating that the installers would be ready in less than a week.  We were very excited to get our new floor so we agreed.  Originally, the job was to take 2 days but Van, Mauricio, and Carlos, did it in one day!  They helped move the furniture, were courteous, and did a superb job of collaborating and including my decisions into the project.  They cleaned up everything and left me with a transformed home.  I can't wait to get the upstairs done soon.  Everyone that comes to our home tells me how beautiful the floors look.  They quality workmanship is superb!

They did a great job!  I think the price was reasonable and I was satisfied with the quality of their work. They manufacture their own wood and it looks fantastic.  They finished the job in one day, and that's including moving furniture, ripping up carpet, and installing the floor.  The owner himself comes out to do the estimate, and I was definitely impressed with his knowledge and professionalism.  They're an outstanding company and we'll definitely be using them again!

The way the work was done, didn't make sense.  The workers started to demo the old carpet in the master and the other bedrooms first.  We had moved all 3 bedrooms ourselves to save time, to the master bathroom and other rooms, keeping the door closed to keep things clean.  The door was opened and all my furniture and belongings were coated in filth from the demo.  Instead of the beds being taken apart and moved out, they were placed upright on there sides and all suffered some type of scratches and marks.  One bed which was new, suffered a chunk of wood being taken out of it but the bed was repaired by Larry.  No room was completely done at once so we cleaned each night to keep the dust down but this was futile.  We could not eat at home since all my brand new appliances were coated and so was everything in the pantry.
I wish we had been told ahead of time about the amount of dust that would take place.  Every inch of the house was coated, all clothing, dishes, pantry, sheets, towels everything was filled with dust.  We had covered our electronics/unit but the cover had been removed and tossed. 
Another issue was; the cutting of the boards and materials were done in our front walkway.  Our entire porch was trashed along with all the furniture.  Sawdust filled our front yard in the rock area along with the garage since the workers came in and out with supplies being placed in the garage.
We were very upset at all the mess both inside and out and only wished we would have known ahead of time.  My husband said we would have moved everything in the garage if he had known.  We stated we would have to get a professional cleaning crew to come in and the company sent us a check to cover the cost.
The hardwood floors look amazing!  Larry did a great job of cleaning up when he was here.  Our suggestion in the future to other clients, please be aware of the intensity of the mess and to move as much of your things as possible ahead of time.  Our porch was cleaned by the workers and the sawdust taken up from the yard but my husband cleaned the sawdust too with his shop vac since there was so much left in the yard.  I also found several pieces of cut up baseboard in my plants out front.  Floors get an A rating but the overall gets a C due to the mess.

It was awesome. They were very professional, worked with us on getting one into the house done and doing the other. There were no delays, no issues with anything that came up, they had good suggestions on how to handle the laying of the wood, why they use trim and take the base board off and lay it over. All of the little details we didn't think of, they handled. We've got a whole brick wall and it goes in like a crescent moon for a bay window in our step down living room and they were able to have the wood go right across it that it looked like the brick was laid on top of the wood. It was an excellent job and it looks perfect. I was very impressed and we got what we wanted.

Provider was very professional and was willing to negotiate a fair price for the work.  The work was performed with quality in mind and without complications.   The staircase was done with prestigious craftsmanship. I as the homeowner provided all the materials and AAA completed the installation one day later than project but the quality surpassed the extra day in delays.  Will definitely use this provider in the future for additional work.

Very professional from quote to finished job. Work was done in a timely manner and installed professionally. They moved all the furniture and cleaned up and returned the furniture when the job was complete. We would definitely hire them again.

It was a great experience from beginning to end. Ken came personally to measure and we discussed options. We scheduled a date, working around our schedule, and they began the Tuesday after Labor Day. The job took 5 days, including a Saturday, and a few hours the next week to wrap up minor details. From the start the team was meticulous. The craftsmanship was excellent. Kenny, the crew leader, pointed out instances where they'd taken special care to match things up. I have nothing but positive things to say about AAA Hardware Floor and do expect to use them again on another project.

Our installation is not until 8/29 & 8/30.  I will update this review when the job is complete. We had apx 700 sq ft of engineered wood floors installed two days ago as scheduled except we had five qualified installers here and the job was completed in just one day.  We are completely satisfied with job that was done and the great look of the floors.  I am sure that if we have any issues with the floors I fully expect that AAA will take care of them since there has been nothing but great customer service from this company.  We would recommend them for any of your flooring needs.  We had some question regarding our newly installed wood floors regarding some adhesive that was left on the wood.  Ken can out (which is not a short trip) and took care of our issue and was also helpful in answering other flooring questions we had.  I have not come across anyone else in Arizona who is as customer oriented as this individual..  If you are interested in new flooring and do not contact this company your are making a mistake.

These guys did a great job.  The floors are beautiful and the price was good (after negotiating of course).  I had talked with 2 other installers and they edged out one other company simply because they were the only company to offer a lifetime warranty on the install.  Most others offered a 2 year warranty.  They were also the only other compnay to offer to cut the baseboord rather than remove and replace the baseboards.  My only knock is that I had requested a certain install time when talking to the sales rep. and somehow this request was lost in the shuffle.  I was called close to the time I was expecting just to be notified that my install date was 1 week later.  Given teh quality of the job and proffessionalism of the crew, I am happy to overlook this small inconvenience.

Simply outstanding. I could not be happier. My floors look fantastic! Ken and his brother did an exceptional job. They are very professional and did everything they said they would do. Their price was fair, competitive and there were NO extra fees added on. The price they quoted was all-inclusive. This included installation, product, leveling the floor, furniture moving/replacing. It took the crew of 4 twelve hours to complete the job and they finished in one day.

I obtained the number from Angie's list and noticed the positive reviews.  I called and set up someone to come out with an estimate.  Ken arrived on time and provided me with an estimate.  I was happy with the estimate and his explanation of the process.  Very detailed and there weren't any surprises.  The only thing I  did was disconnect some wiring from the wall for my entertainment system.  AAA Hardwood removed all the furniture from the room, removed the carpet and base boards, and then started to prep the floor.  After prepping the floor they started the process of lying down the engineered wood floor (Birch Pecan-6.5 width).The arrived at 0830am and didn't leave until 8:30pm.  They only had a small break for lunch.  The entire crew worked all day and was VERY professional.  The quality of their work was excellent.
