They came to my home and put the new battery in. They deliver to you, my old battery was under warranty so it was a no charge. They also do towing/tire service.

The 12v battery in my Prius has traditionally been a difficult one to find in stores. Now there are 2 different 12v battery types, dependent on the model year of the Prius.
I thought I finally found one (over the phone) at this AAA Repair location. Unfortunately when I arrived, it was the wrong one. The information provided to the techs was not complete, so it was not his fault. The tech felt bad, but even though it was time for him to go home, he searched around for me until he found one.
That is true customer service. I will continue to use this shop for all of my vehicle needs.

They are excellent with customer service. They advised me of all the things wrong with the car and the approximate costs. They did not try to get to do things that were not needed.

It took way longer than it should have. But the job got done and the price, for the work involved, seemed okay. After all was said and done we ended up trading this car in on something that didn't have all the problems that they found during their inspection.

They're very honest. They don't make up problems, which you run into with other repair shops sometime. They're price is also very reasonable.
