A Razor's Edge

Wow! We needed a trailer hitch so we could use our brand new bike rack. I had been putting this off, but it was getting last minute because we were leaving for Colorado in a few days and wanted to be able to take our mountain bikes. I called them on a Friday. They knew exactly what to do, special-ordered the hitch for me, had it by Monday. Called to tell me I could come in that day if I wanted to. I couldn't, so they fit me in at my convenience. Told me they would need about two to three hours to complete the job, but finished it up in just over an hour! It looks great, like it came factory installed. To top it off, they installed, free of charge, the new bike rack, saving me a lot of frustration and, I am sure, cussing.:-)They were friendly and professional. This is a small business, just two guys. They really seem to care about customer service. I will go back to them for any other retrofits we ever want on our vehicles--sound systems, window tinting, you name it.

THEY DID TWO OF OUR CARS, BUT THE MUSTANG DID NOT COME OUT WELL AT ALL. THERE ARE BUBBLES AND THEY MISSED PARTS OF THE WINDOW.
