I have to start by saying that Hellen at Pet's Dream was wonderful. I was very nervous about leaving my 15 year old kitty for several days while I was out of town. I am a certified "crazy cat mom" and my kitty is not good with strangers. I called Pet's Dream and set up an appointment with my potential pet sitter, Hellen. She came by my house to meet with me and took extensive notes a few weeks prior to her start date. I expressed how nervous I was, and she reassured me and even promised to text me twice a day when she was at my house to let me know all was ok. Hellen did exactly that. She came twice a day, fed kitty and cleaned two litter boxes. She even brought in my daily newspaper and my mail. Her twice daily texts made me feel so much better. I was able to relax and enjoy my time away. My little scaredy cat hid the whole time I was away, but I knew she was being cared for with kindness and compassion.
This was my first time using a pet sitting service and I was thrilled with how things went. I called this company because of the reviews on Angie's List and want to add my review as well. Helen was delightful to meet and we felt reassured right away that our cats were in good hands. She left a note at every visit (twice a day). Even though our cats are shy of strangers and rarely came to see her, we know they received excellent and loving care. We will definitely use A Pet's Dream again!

Hellen is so good with my boy Outlaw. She lets him out for his potty break. Refreshes his H20. Takes him for a walk and gives him bunches of cuddles and love. Outtie is always extra happy when I get home from work. I know he looks forward to his daily visits with Hellen. When you love your Dog as much as I do it is such a relief to know he is in such excellent hands.

Excellently, this was actually the second time we have used them. I feel I can enjoy my time way for a change. Notes left on daily activities, perimeter was checked and even my out side rescue was fed and given a holiday meal? I use them again ?

Everything was just perfect. this was the second time I had her come look after the pups and both times I was really pleased. She sent plenty of pics while I was away, left detailed notes and was really good about getting back to me when I just wanted an update (overprotective pet-parent here). Looking forward to using the service again in a few weeks. I really like Carina - she's busy though and they're training someone new who i'm going to meet soon. Hoping she's as good and caring as Carina!

This service is second to none! My son and I finally moved out of a apartment and into our own home. What soon follows is ....mom when can we have a dog? The next day we started looking. Theo and I had soon decided that a Great Dane was the breed our hearts had set on. Three days later Mandie was on her way. She was abused and left outside up north alone in the snow and abandoned, it is a miracle she made it. I had no idea how I was going to make this work with my long hours and a brand new sadly abused horse on her way to her forever home. I decided that having a dog walker would be the only way to save Mandie and have my son enjoy a childhood friend and companion while being able to work and support both of them. A Pets Dream had great reviews . I called and the woman that owned the business answered ! Can u believe that? A real person that puts work into their own business. I explained my situation, Amy (the owner ) was located in a different area but she did have a woman employed by her on my side of town. Amy sent a woman name Cathy over to my house the very next day at my convenience and on my schedule. Cathy was delightful and spent alot of time with me not only to address business but to address my concerns about being a new parent and this was very comforting. Again Mandie was abused before we got her and she needed security and patience and Cathy was more then willing to commit to her special needs. I so very much appreciate this because not only is Mandie our companion but she is also our sense of security. Being a single mom with a young child , Mandie gives us so much joy but she also allows us to feal safe. Cathy has always been on time and completes every task. My schedule is sometimes up in the air and I have at times not been able to break away from work, Everytime I have called on Cathy she was there. Few and far between I have a night off to get away and Cathy was able to do overnights as well. Freedom!!!! If u have pets u must know that it is very hard to plan a trip because who is going to watch your best friends? We now have another Lil girl that needed a forever home that we aquire as a rescue as well. Her name is Peanut ..... yes a Great Dane called Peanut. Cathy was again more then willing to take on another horse. I was put at ease and feal totally secure everytime I leave knowing my girls are in great hands. A Pets Dream as well as Cathy would be worth their weight in gold to any pet owner. Thanks again Ladies u couldn't do it without you.

Amy and her team took care of my cat while I was gone in vacation,once for a month and second time for 2weeks.They did a great job,cat looked happy,clean and plumpy when I got home and I felt really relieved to find such a great company to trust with my house and my spoiled cat.I would definitely recommend them and use them again.Really loved the little notes about their visits!

We really like them. We have witnessed them and stayed for 40 to 45 minutes. It's a little high but it was worth it.

First of all, the initial meeting was very informative. We were especially pleased with the level of patience and understanding. By the time they left for their initial introduction to Sunshine, we had a greater comfort level that our Sunshine would be in good hands. Prior to the vacation, they came to walk Sunshine and familiarize themselves with the routine, her medicines and favorite walking areas. Once we left, they were excellent about communicating with us and keeping us informed. When we returned, we came home to a happy dog and excellent notes describing the activities. This is an excellent organization!

Amy and Renae did a wonderful job taking care of our little zoo (1 large dog, 2 cats, 8 chickens, 1 duck, and 2 hermit crabs!) while we were away for a week. Amy was very responsive when we first contacted her, and came over within a few days to meet the family and get a better understanding of what we needed. She asked all of the right questions - thinking of things we might have forgotten to mention. She called a couple of days before we left to confirm that everything was ready to go (alarm code, food, supplies, etc.).
This was our first time using A Pet's Dream, and Amy was so very accommodating to all of our crazy needs. We forgot to tell Amy about about the hermit crabs, the chickens' waterer started leaking and their feeder kept clogging, and the dog and cats went on a hunger strike - basically our zoo wasn't cooperating! Amy and Renae handled all of this in stride and worked many extra hours to be sure everyone was fed, watered, taken care of, and most of all loved. Amy kept in touch via text and one quick phone call with a couple of questions - but even with all the craziness Amy took care of everything and let us rest easy, relax, and enjoy our vacation.
They are true animal lovers and we just cannot thank them enough for the wonderful job they did. We highly recommend A Pet's Dream and looking forward to using them for all of our future travel!

Amy is a very compassionate person and you can see that she cares about her clients and their baby pooches. It's usually hard for our Neapolitan mastiff to warm up to other people but he likes Amy a lot would definitely use only her for pet sitting!!!

We are certainly grateful to Carina for the care over our home and cat. The anxiety on an owner to entrust what they hold dear to them, to another whom has no connections, has not faired well in the past. I am so glad we found a solution that worked out wonderfully! Amy is a lover of dogs and my Labs showed me when I arrived home after a four day trip. She came three times a day. She had a written 3 page report on each day's activities and how my dogs responded. She groomed them each day, I noticed since their coat was very shinny. They looked happy and ready to be pampered. She took care of my herbs and rose and none of them died. She took out my garbage on garbage day mainly because I did some spring cleaning and it had to go out and she brought it in because of the strict HOA rules in my neighborhood. My dogs loved her. This was the best experience I've had with a pet sitter.

I went on a weekend getaway with my family. Amy came to my house and took note to all of my needs. (2 dogs & a fish). She called the day I left on vacation and she she was having her employee do the visits to my house instead of her. On the employees first visit to my house she couldn't unlock the front door. I was at my destination hundreds of miles away when I received the phone call. I immediately had an anxiety attack thinking about my pets locked inside the house alone all weekend. When I called Amy for a suggestion on what to do she was extremely rude and blamed me for situation. I called friends to go over and see if they could unlock the door. By the time I found a friend who was available the employee decided to climb through the doggy door. I was relieved but still stressed on how Amy had spoken to me. I got home after the weekend and immediately noticed my beautiful fancy fish had died. Amy said it wasn't their fault and it was alive earlier. Do not hire!!! :'(

Very good experience. Amy and her co-worker came out before our trip to meet the animals. They asked all the important questions to make sure that they knew exactly what was to take place while we were gone.
When we were gone they showed up twice per day and provided detailed written notes on how things went. All of the animals were happy when we got home and everything was in great shape. They also were very prompt to respond to emails / text messages while we were gone to give us frequent updates.

Amy is great, she probably spends more time playing with Frisco than I do. Always leaves daily notes about each visit and what went on during the visit. Very satisfied customer, would highly recommend and have to several of my friends and family.

Polite, prompt and professional! The petsitter (Carmen?) showed up for her initial consult on time and even called ahead, something I really appreciate. Pricing was above average for what I was expecting, but the sitter was worth it; she watered my plants and cared for my cats well while we were away on business. She even made friends with our great beastly brat-cat Alex, who doesn't like anybody! :)
We raw-feed our cats, and I was happy to see that the petsitter wasn't squeamish about feeding them what they needed. She was tidy as well, and washed out all food dishes every day (I can tell when the cat dishes haven't been washed between feedings).
She also took thorough notes in preparation and was very professional. I will definitely hire her again.
