The person who came didn't speak English but he did a good job. He got everything I needed done the way I wanted it to be done. I didn't know what was gonna happen if he didn't do it the way I wanted it done because ot the communication gap. That's kind of a turn-off for me because I hired someone that's speaks English to come and do the job and the person that comes does not speak English and that kind of irks me.

Ed did an outstanding job. He applied stucco to all the areas. Both window patches were approximately 5'X4' and 3'X5'. The vent patch was 1'X1' He matched the stucco texture PERFECTLY. He also repaired and applied stucco to a large crack in a pony wall. The jobsite was left clean and there was no damage to our property. Ed's price was not the cheapest. We chose A Lombardi Stucco because he described in detail all the different steps involved. His approach matched the required steps we had read on the internet. He was prompt returning phone calls and he provided an immediate WRITTEN estimate. The fact that plastering and stucco is their company's main focus carried a lot of weight that the job would be done right.

Very pleased with experience and end result. Ed was easy to work with, kept the job site very clean, and did high-quality work. My neighbors who had stucco work done were amazed how clean our project was. Our plants / landscaping were not impacted. The contractor who did their work destroyed their yard. Ed took extra care to remove existing pipes / wiring and fix problems with my block fence to ensure a quality job. There were a few problems I pointed out when the job was done, and Ed fixed them immediately. Our house looks brand new.
