Water Softener Service
We received the water filter system we ordered, but with parts missing. No answer to our phone calls or emails. Finally got an agent via text chat who said they would send the parts. One week later no parts, no confirmation, no apology. Wish I had read the other reviews before ordering from 602abcwater. Very disappointed in the incomplete shipment and the lack of customer service.
