20 days after the vertical blinds installation, one side of the track fell off from the ceiling!!! Calling customer service is never easy. 20 people ahead of me in the morning, 6 people ahead of me in the afternoon. I was glad after some waiting it gave me an option to wait to be called back. The lady who called me was very pleasant. But after the call, she sent me an email stating that I needed to wait for three days for the installer to contact me! I am not sure why it is so hard for them to get it right!! I am not sure how many days I have to wait to be scheduled and be fixed. This is definitely not the service I have expected after paying more than $4000 for two most basic vertical blinds. 3-Day Blinds is a very attractive business name, but it is just a name, never take it seriously.!

I ordered window treatments for my whole house in February 2021. Installation (by third party) did not begin until October 2021. As of writing this review, the installation of the shades has not been completed . I've reached out several times to get the job completed without success. I paid extra for the Somfy system to control the shades from the app on my phone - I was just given the box and told to set it up myself. Some of the motors on the shades sputter and skip as the shades lower. There are uneven shades, crooked and missing valances. Fit, finish, quality and installation of products is low.

It went perfectly. All service was very professional. The salesperson helped us select the correct shade of white, as there were about four different whites to choose from. The blinds were exactly what we wanted, they look great, the price was fair, and the installation went well. Great job!

The custom shades took forever and cost a fortune. They were okay. It cost me $3,000 for four small window shades. I ordered insulated shades and they did deliver those timely. The shades took a long time and they were really expensive. So, I would not recommend them. It was just an exorbitant amount of money for what I ordered.
