I have used them for years and they are very honest and excellent. I have a 1999 Toyota Camry and they keep it running well. I would highly recommend them and I will continue to use them.

Perfection again. They actually follow the Corona virus guidelines. It is a good time to bring car in when not terribly busy. They sprayed and cleaned the key before giving it to me. they did same inside the car. You can trust them to tell you the truth and not up sell you on stuff you don't need. They also work with you on transportation. In this case I just waited outside while they worked on it. you can do night drop off, and rides if needed. They save me time and money by scheduling oil change at the correct intervals. I am licensed mechanical engineer so I know what I am talking about.

Good food around the corner at the Halal place and Korean food... Taco Bell if that is your thing.. Safe key drop. Free coffee.. I don't live very close to 25th Street Automotive, so if I just need an oil change, I usually choose a shop closer to home. But when that shop told me I needed $1,000+ worth of repairs, I made an appointment with Bill because (1) I wanted a second opinion and (2) if I'm going to spend that much money, I want it to go to this locally owned establishment. As usual, the team here provided honest feedback at a fair price. Bill let me know what needed to be taken care of now and what could wait a few months until my next oil change. I gave him a price point I could work with, and he met it. If you need a first opinion, second opinion, or just an honest, reputable car shop, trust the team at 25th Street Automotive. They won't steer you wrong.

I really like them! I have been going to them for about 15 years. I trust them, they do good quality work. They are not the cheapest, but they stand behind their work. They are like family.  They know my story and have been very kind to me. They will tell me not to do things or to hold off on it.

I have always been hesitant bringing my car into auto repair shops out of fear of high costs and being told I need things I don't really need done. As a female, I do feel that most shops or dealerships look at me as a female and assume I don't know about cars and can try to "take me." I never feel that way at 25th Street. Their staff are professional and friendly and help to explain things to better understanding. They are honest and tell me what needs to be done and what can wait.

Most recently, during a routine oil change, I was told by a dealership that my vehicle needed three additional services. I took my vehicle and all of my prior service records to 25th Street Automotive for a second opinion. I only needed one of the services the dealer said I did. I spent about $100 instead of $400. Glad I did. Thank you 25th St. Auto!

It went how it always does, smoothly with no issues. They always provide an estimate up front, and give you options as to the immediacy of any repairs. This allows me to budget and plan for any necessary maintenance. I've been using 25th Street for at least 10 years, and they service all of the vehicles in my family. I trust them implicitly with my cars and the safety of my family.

We have a great car with over 100K miles.
Delighted that we were able to find Bill and Bill and their colleagues at 25th Street Auto in Phoenix.  Don't know how we got so lucky.  

Had an amazing amount of water collected on my car's floor.  The carpets were soaked.  Spent a week drying it out by soaking up water with rolls of paper towels, electric fans, etc.  Tested for water leaking in at all possible sites.  None found.

Went to the dealer and was told that the a/c evaporator core was cracked and leaking condensate.  Also recommended replacing the heater core and such.  Also told to replace all CV boots, rear brakes, transmission and differential fluids (had been done by them at 90K miles).  Total cost about $5,000.

Wanted a 2nd opinion.  Found the 25th Street Auto folks on Angie's List with very high review ratings.  They inspected the car stem to stern with none of the previous findings were confirmed.  Instead the floorboards and carpets were soaked by rain (during rare heavy rains) overflowing through the fresh air vents that were clogged with tree debris.

Now it's confirmed with bone dry carpets with a/c running when driving and after the recent downpour (over an inch).  Still dry!

I took my car in for an oil change but also to diagnose some issues I've noticed recently. They performed the services I requested, and called me to talk through their findings. Bill & Bill were very thorough with their findings, explaining in-depth what options I had and the value of performing the options. Since the work and cost would've been pretty involved, they asked for my feelings on the car, that only if I kept it a lot longer would it pay off. I had already decided I needed a new vehicle and they put me over the edge on that decision.
These guys were sincere and very professional throughout, and asked questions to guide me into the right decisions. That's about as much as you can ask from an auto shop.

This is the best auto shop I have ever used and I am in my mid-50's!  They are kind, helpful and honest.

All work done was excellent and the shop has always been professional and as prompt as possible in their services.  They go to great lengths to keep the actual cost of repairs as close to the original estimate as possible.

I thought they would know what the car needed and give me a fair price for it. Overall, I've had a good experience with them.

I take my Mitsubishi in here for maintenance. I think their pricing is completely fair and honest. They don't tell you anything you don't need to have fixed. They are very responsive and thorough.

It was excellent and this was my first time using them.

They were fine. He was honest and very nice. I have an older car and asked him some questions, but he was straightforward and realistic with me. I didn't feel like he was taking advantage of me at all. He called me when the car was done and picked me up. His prices were fair for the market price.

They are a great firm to work with. They are very professional and clean. It’s an overall great place to do work. They are a little expensive but they are worth it. They get it right the first time.

I've always been delighted by the people, here, and would never go elsewhere. I heartily recommend them to everyone. Honest. Good. Nice. My beloved 1999 Buick is in safe hands, there, and as a consumer, so am I.
