I moved into a new house and had a garage full of empty cartons.  I called and asked if it made a difference in cost depending on whether the cartons were assembled or broken down when they were collected.  I was told that it would not matter, that their men would break them down.  When they arrived they did not break down the cartons and filled their entire truck with the assembled cartons.  This cost me a few hundred dollars more than it would have cost if I had broken down the cartons and they would have used less room in the truck. Subsequently, a letter of complaint to the company did not get a response.   A rip off!

They came within 8 hours. It went well.

When the guys delivered and installed the spa 12 years ago, they wheeled it into the backyard on one of the wooden rectangle devices with wheels. It was a snap. I expected the same this time. I had seen a couple of the company's trucks in the neighbor and thought they were a professional outfit. Maybe for hauling away old furniture and scrap lumber, they are. One of the guys who showed up said they had done lots of spas, but they usually sawed them up. They had no saw so they smashed it up with a sledge and a crowbar. They had to call for extra help. Two other guys with trucks showed up. No saws there, either. The four finally wrestled the spa out of the back and onto the truck. They cleaned up most of the mess, but I am still picking up chips of wood and pieces of insulation. This was a disaster, but at least the old, inoperative spa is gone although bits and pieces are still showing up.

The guys from Got Junk (Anthony and Mark) were fantastic and very friendly. Just like they told me over the phone when I booked the appointment, they showed up on time, did the job in about 1-hour and left my garage spotless. I was very impressed with the service and will use them again.
