It has a great pool and everything. My son was helping me to get a work membership so I get a discounted rate. I could go whenever I want to.

My fitness trainer there is Brian. I have had some sessions with him and he is very good. He teaches other trainers and is very compatible as well as very easy to get along with. He does push me a little bit but that is what he is supposed to do. They have plenty of machines which are always working. They have a pool and as well as trainers there if I need them but they do not pressure me to use them. They are very professional. I do not have any issues with their billing and administration as my insurance pays for it. I do not have any problems with their customer service either as I have not requested any. I would use them again in the future.

I go there pretty frequently. It is clean. It is not a pick-up joint. People are there to work out. The classes are normally good. The price is reasonable.

THEY SIGNED US UP FOR PERSONAL TRAINING TO INCLUDE PERSONALIZED WORK OUT REGIMEN, DIET CONSULTATION AND MONITORING REPORTS. THE TIMES TO GET IN DID NOT WORK WELL WITH MY SCHEDULE. WE NEVER DID GET THE DIET CONSULTATION. WE STILL HAVE SEVERAL MONTHS TO USE THE APPROX. 15 PERSONAL SESSIONS. WHILE OUR ASSIGNED TRAINER DID HIS BEST, I FELT WE WERE JUST ANOTHER CONTRACT SIGNED TO THE ORIGINAL GUYS WE SPOKE WITH.
