Description of Work: My pool had a serious hard water problem. I contacted Reg and he came out and set up the equipment. His equipment is self contained providing it's own power. I supplied the make up water and a drain. The process took a little over a day of running to clean out the water. The end result is a pool that is much easier to maintain. Great service, great product.

Description of Work: Ken described his services. His company is unique in that they seem to be the only company that filters a pool without draining the water.I think this is very admirable to help our environment. I am not a client however I have sent him several clients who have used him. If I had a pool I would love to use his services.

Description of Work: The calcium level in our pool was really high, so high in fact that it was leaving a white ring on the tile. Total Dissolved Solids and Cyanuric Acid were also very high. We were told by the pool store that the only way to correct this was to drain our pool and refill, but it was too late in the season to do this because of high outdoor temperatures and the risk of having our pool plaster crack. By chance I found this company through a Google search. They came out and through a chemical process, they were able to get rid of the calcium and bring the mineral content down to normal. They use a product that binds with the calcium, which is then filtered out on the spot. Whole process only took a few hours.
