Baker Pools

We used Baker Pools for almost 5 years and for a while we were quite happy. Then recently we started having issues. Dustin sent someone out to repair a drip in our pump PVC (that had long been ongoing) and the guy left the pump in a state where it wouldn't even prime. We had to ask him to come back out, but for almost a week our pool turned green. He didn't fully fix it the second time and we still can't get our pump to fully prime. Secondly, our technician started to miss services without making an effort to communicate with us. The first time it was because our gate was locked. Then he missed a couple because our dogs happened to be out back at the time. We have been home all day due to the pandemic, so a simple knock on the door or text message would have alerted us. Instead, we didn't even get a notification that our service had been missed and we had to go another week without service. We asked Dustin to have his technician alert us when he was coming so that we could bring the dogs inside. But no effort to alert us was ever made. At the last missed service, we later got an email from Dustin saying that he was discontinuing our service because of issues with our dogs. We were surprised that he didn't even bother to pick up the phone to talk to us.

I have been using Baker Pools for about 3 years. Dustin and his team are the best. It is $90 per month and he comes every Friday.
