Constant problems with payment and it's a real shame. I've been accused of not paying (I had), I was told I paid too many months and didn't have to pay for several and now I'm told they lost my credit card details in their system as I pay quarterly. How is that possible when I've provided it many, many times?
I like them, as they are professional and call to let you know what day they will come and leave a note on door they have been at house. But I don't have time to constantly try and figure out if they have my auto-payment set up correctly, if I need to send a check or if they charged me too much/too little or not at all. This has happened 3-4 times and I called and cancelled today.
Zero convince to customers who just want to pay their bill.

OK but Younger Brothers continues to LOSE online payments. I pay regularly via their website and their internal process is SOOOOO BAD that they continue to lose these payments and send invoices requesting more money. They really need to get their act together and solve this problem. Until they do, I would steer clear of them. I am cancelling service.

Unfortunately the only way we are notified that a payment has been made is by email notification from our third party merchant services account. We have been working with our merchant services provider to resolve any issues in the past and to ensure we don't have any other issues going forward. I did send you an email and left a voicemail regarding this so please get back to me at your earliest convenience to discuss this further. Not much to say. They showed up when they said they would and they sprayed. House was vacant so really nothing much to say.

There was an Amazon local deal on the internet that I used for this service. So it was a special deal for 2 services. I used them because of the special deal that was on the internet. I would recommend them to the others. They’re a small company and they were easy to deal with. They were thorough as well. Their price was great because of the internet special deal.
