Day 1 they called 15 minutes prior to their start time and advised of vehicle problems. Not able to come. I told them we had removed all the furniture from the rooms as we agreed and needed the project to proceed. He promised 4 men for Day 2. Day 2 4 men appeared. Babetti (owner) refused to use the adhesive, saying he uses only a certain brand which he could sell me. Immediately after that incident he and one man took off. They would be ''right back''. They didn't reappear until day 4. Day 4 determined to finish the work they came in with a ''gotta get it done'' attitude. Close to the end of the day, Babetti came to me and told me he would require me to go to the bank to withdraw CASH for payment in full for his services. End result - they didn't have any idea what a certificate of insurance was, though his business card says, ''licensed, bonded & insured''. We had to plead with him to get the woodwork caulked. Carpet area left unfinished.
