 + -1 moreSo I went to pay for my car, which took more than a month to fix something that should have taken a week. Two weeks ago they said oh yea we'll take care of your rental while we finish. And they told me they would reimburse me $50 per day on my rental. It took them another two weeks to finish. So the cost was a whopping $3500. So I thought at least they will take $50 off for 15 days. It turns out that they only gave me $30 a day. This was because they were slow and made my car a low priority. What kind of car can you get for $30/day, I'd like to know. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: Fix my car. What was supposed to take a few days turned into more than a month.

 + -1 moreMY CAR WAS MAKING A VERY BAD NOISE AND NOT RUNNING WELL, CALLED THEM FIRST THING IN THE MORNING AND THEY GOT ME IN IMMEDIATELY. THEY EVEN GAVE ME A RIDE BACK TO MY HOUSE. THEY CHECKED OVER MY CAR AND DETERMINED IT NEEDED A NEW ENGINE. THEY DID THE RESEARCH ON HOW MUCH AN ENGINE WOULD COST AND HOW LONG TO GET ONE BEFORE CALLING ME SO THEY COULD ADVISE ON ALL MY OPTIONS. THEY EVEN CAME AND PICKED ME UP TO GET MY CAR.
