Great!!

May 2013
Grossly negligent company!!! I made it very clear I had to have my inspection done by a certain time
period, and was assured this was possible. I paid in advance for the
inspection, including a termite inspection. The inspector did come at
the scheduled time, which was the last possible day for me to have it
done. He then emailed me a report from the wrong residence! I
received the correct report a day too late to really use in terms of
asking for remedies with the seller. Additionally, the termite report
was emailed over a week late. Again, too late to ask the seller for remedies since the
house did turn out to have termite damage. Most upsetting was the
company's response when I complained: sending me an email that defended their actions, so, basically, NONE.

Response from White Glove Home Inspections
"Our Inspector arrived at the home on the morning of May 14, 2013 and conducted a thorough home inspection and Irene arrived around 11:30am for the review. She viewed the report on the Inspectors computer and had her questions answered and they both left the property around noon. Irene emailed our office about an hour after leaving the review (at 12:53pm) the following message: “Hi, We had the inspection today and I felt great about all the information I received. Thank you for your service! The inspector emailed me the full report; however when I checked my email, I saw that somehow I did not receive it...perhaps he could email it again?” ([member name removed] was mistaken about receiving the report she had viewed as there was no internet connection in the area, *the report would be sent to her later.) The Termite Inspector (from a different company) arrived at the property around 1:30pm (no one was present while he was there) and emailed the termite report at 2:17pm according to his records. *At 2:36pm our Inspector emailed the Home Inspection report to Irene and her Real Estate Agent as well as Cc’ing our office. Later that day, our Inspector completed another inspection and accidently Cc’d [member name removed] rather than “Info” (our office). This is why she received the second “wrong” report. White Glove Home Inspections is committed to providing a higher level of customer service. We realize that some buyers and Agents schedule the inspection on the last day of the inspection period which is why we deliver the report onsite. We did “sub-contract” the Termite inspection to another company that has proven to be very reputable and reliable and the Termite Inspector assured us that his report was emailed the same afternoon. We are saddened that [member name removed] impression of our company changed so drastically in the weeks after her wonderful testimony."
