We have since gotten another dog and bring both of them to Westbrook Animal Hospital.  The staff and the doctors are always very friendly and helpful and you can tell that they love animals.  Our Molly was recently diagnosed with a cancerous tumor.  The surgery was successful and she didn't have to stay overnight.  The doctor always follows up with a phone call to see how our dog is doing after any procedure.  Dr Hummel and Dr Smith are the absolute BEST!

I like them and have no problem with them. I am using another vet clinic now because they are closer to where I live and are less expensive. I will use them again in the future.

The doc carried her out to our car for us. She is very caring and gentle. When she comes into the exam room shes gets down on the floor with the dog.

My cat was a new patient to this office and I got a same day Saturday appointment within a few hours. I was very happy for that. The Dr. and staff were GREAT with my cat and seemed to understand them well. They were patient and very experienced and caring. They offered alternatives to the medicines necessary for treatment. I'm not sure if the prices are "in line" or not but at least they didn't try to push more treatment than immediately necessary. The staff, especially Aubrie was very professional, friendly, helpful and easy going.

We've been taking our dogs here for the last year (since we got them). Westbrook has been fantastic. The dogs are shelter dogs and have had a few minor problems, nothing serious, but enough that they needed vet care. The dogs, being shelter dogs, were obviously abused. The vet was very nice, and even lets me hold the dogs when they are being examined or given shots, which keeps them calm instead of being scared out of their wits. We've gotten shots, vet exams, and great advice from these folks. Not just the vets either, the staff is very friendly and helpful, they are obviously animal lovers and don't just treat this as a job. The staff has always gone out of their way to help my scared dogs feel more comfortable. We've gone from the dogs peeing themselves when we went to vet the first time, to the dogs being almost comfortable, and that's thanks to the terrific staff and vets at Westbrook! They also send reminder cards, and have gotten me in on short notice too!

I have taken my dog to this vet for a long time now. Dr. Melissa Tenwell is a great vet. She's helped me out with everything I have needed done to my dog. The rest of the staff is also friendly and professional. I don't remember how much I paid last time I used this service, but I was comfortable with the price they charged.

We have been using them for a while and don't want to change. They do a great job all around even though they are just a little bit pricey. I like the vets and Molly does also.

WESTBROOK ALWAYS SEES MY PET IN A PROMPT MANNER. THEY OFTEN CALL THE FOLLOWING DAY TO RECHECK. THEY SEEM TO TRULY CARE ABOUT THE PET AND THE FAMILY.
